    Answer

The Constitution party is opposed to illegal immigration and wants stricter controls on legal immigration. It actually would seek that the federal government sets forward an immigration policy disqualifying potential immigrants on matters of ill health, criminal record, morality, or possible financial dependence, believing that they would impose a burden on the United States.

The Constitution Party would not join a national campaign that calls for the U. S. to relax its immigration laws. The party has actually even stated a long-term goal of a halt on future immigration, with exceptions only for extreme cases of necessity.
