    The positivist theory in criminology states that there are certain kinds of criminals, and criminaloids this means that people that are often found to be criminals are born with those tendencies and are criminals on their free will, and then there are the criminaloids that are people that aren't born with those tendencies and society turns them into criminals, this is an outdated theory, but that is what it states.
