An auto insurance or vehicle insurance is an insurance for trucks, cars, bikes and other road vehicles which provide financial protection to any physical damage or injury which results from any road side accident or traffic collision. It also covers insurance of the vehicle in case of theft.

In the context, the value offered to make a sale is only the rebate if this is not included in the contract of the insurance. Therefore, in this case the hundred dollar is not rebate but a part of the policy.
