Felipe manzo reyes is the tallest man in mexico
Felipe Manzo Reyes was a Mexican giant who toured with Cole Bros. circus. He was billed at 8'6" tall, but was probably close to a foot shorter than that. He was also known as Phillipe Manzio, Feliz Manzio, Manzo Reyes and The Giant Charro.
