When people want to say the difference between the heliocentric and geocentric theories, they start from the roots of the words. Heliocentric theory means that in the center of the solar system is the Sun. Geocentric, on the other hand, is the theory that puts the Earth n the center of the solar system.

    Explanation:

Prefix geo means the Earth. In heliocentric theory, all the planets turn around the Sun, and in the geocentric theory, all the planets turn around the Earth.
