Well, Latifundia was originally created in ancient Roman
Latifundia refer to the privately owned land that usually worked by slaves. (it's similar to the slave plantation in the US)
During the era of Roman Empire, each Latifundia is assigned by the Romans to produce agricultural commodities that is designed for exports
