This simply means Jake has positive feelings and attitudes about the job because she like works that has to do with paying close and much attention to details, which makes her to love her job while Simi seems not to like job that required them to focus on pay close attention to details despite both of them having the same identical and similar job tasks. They both tend to be different in the way the see or view their job, including the job description which make Jake and Simi have different perceptions about the job.

A job which a person does not enjoy doing can have negative effect on such person emotion, attitude and behaviour towards that job because the person does not find joy in doing the job while a job which a person like to do and enjoy doing it will often have positive effects on the person emotion, attitude and behaviour.
