The psychoanalytic-social perspective of personality is unique because it combines both psychoanalytic approach with social psychology.

    Explanation:

Psychoanalytic approach focuses on the unconscious mind, it describes thoughts and behaviors. It dictates that behavior is determined by past experiences that are left in the Unconscious Mind. While Social psychology is more about how social context influences people.

Psychoanalytic social personality has three theories; ID, ego and superego. The ID is the most important one of these three theories due to wanting instant gratification of physical needs and urges.

Psychoanalytic-social perspective of personality is also unique because it shows how social and cultural factors play a big role in shaping an individual's personality with the ego, "self or creative self", and interpersonal relationships.
