What norms do you have to set in your classroom? How would you deal with problem behaviour in your classroom?

Some of the norms I would like to deal in my classroom includes

coming to class late,

noise making or distractions while the class is going on,

being rude to the teacher and

dressing inappropriately to school.

Dealing with problem behavior in the classroom can be very challenging but it starts with setting the right example by not doing those things I don't want like coming to class late, making noise while the class is going on etc. I can also deal with problems in the classroom by encourage my close friends to do the right thing and to also encourage their friends to do the same, there by stimulate the needed change in classroom behaviour.
