    It was Thomas Hobbes.

    Thoman Hobbes (1588-1679) argued for powerful absolute monarchs, because he believed that this could keep order in the realms.

    It was Thomas Hobbe that believed the king should have a divine right.

    He has the conscience that King had more power than anyone else.
