An old adage says: "No two are the same" but, under the law, everyone should be treated the same.

The phrase that is stated above means: There should be equality and equity under the law. This means, everybody should be treated the same way regardless of a bility, race, creed, gender, sexual orientation because everyone must enjoy his fundamental rights.
