If your driver license and license plates were suspended for not having insurance under the Florida No-Fault Law, you must (A) Get the required insurance and attend a Driver Improvement course. (B) Pay $150 for a first offense and show proof of current insurance to get them back. (C) Retake the Florida Class (D) Road Rules test and show proof of insurance.

    Explanation:

    under Florida no fault law, if driver license is suspended

    due to not having insurance then

    for first offence - driver have to pay $150 and have to show current insurance also to get previous license back.

    for second offence - will have to pay $250

    for third offence - will have to pay $500

    Police officer can seize the vehicle if driving license is under supervision for more than 30 days
