    Authoritarian government

    Explanation:

Authoritarian government is a form of power where there is a strong governing body and little political freedom. Some forms of authoritarian government can take extreme forms as in a dictatorship.

Under an authoritarian government, average citizens have the least political power as they are not allowed to voice their opinion and they have to follow the leading party's ideology and guidance. There are no free elections and people are not allowed for vote for whomever they want.

Under this type of government, the only way to exerting political power is in a clandestine way. It can be done by secret associations, meetings, pamphlets or on social media. Some other ways include forming a militant group with the goal of overthrowing the existing government.
