    Explanation:

    Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) is mainly created for the detained youth for giving them the readabilities and treatment so that they can be good citizens ahead.

    TJJD is created by the legislature for the youth which was created to manage the youth and focus on their growth, to educate and making them worth to do something.

    There are 11 members in the TJJD which handles the detained youth of age between 10 to 17 year.
