Considering your knowledge of the use of the atomic bombs by the United States against the Empire of Japan in the closing month of the War, what justifications did President Truman argue for using the weapons and was it a decision that could have been avoided?

    That if the war goes on much more people are going to die. He thought it was better for the Japanese to suffer than the future that would have happened if the war goes on.
