No, it's not enough to rely on the law for deciding what's right or wrong.

Explanation:

Though what is declared by the law as wrong is definitely wrong, we can also say that what our conscience makes us believe to be wrong should also be termed as wrong, not waiting for the law to approve. In cases of emergency, if it is required by law that the situation be handled only by the concerned authority but our conscience believes that it would get too late by then and the situation would go out of control, the conscience should be given due emphasis.
