    I believe the answer is: a cognitive schema that families are as loving and loud as her working model.

    Cognitive schema would determine the basic pattern of perception that we have for a certain people or sitaution.

    This cognitive schema would be developed overtime as we are more exposed to those people orsituationn and objectively analyze their characteristics.
