    This demonstrated a belief in "State Dependent Learning". This is a phenomenon that happens when we retrieve information more easily from the memory when we are in the same state of consciousness as when we learned the information. For example, if we learned something after lunch, we are more likely to recover information if we do it in the same state of satisfaction as when we acquired it.
