    - The person has the right to speak, such as debates that are associated or link towards them

    - The person has the right to make motions

    - The person has the right to vote

    They had the right to Make motions, speak in debate on them, and vote

    After the presentation of motions were made, they continue the process to vote whether the passing of the bill shall be continued or stop.

    In order to continue the process, they need to obtain at least 2/3 votes from the members that present at that time.
