All parameters are in order to assume civil responsibility for the nurse. In the first place, the patient was under the nurse's responsibility. The obligation was infringed. Then, causation is easy to find since she left 60 minutes of an ice pack directly on the patient's skin, and harm has been done. As the lack of sensation may have occurred early, the patient is not responsible and it was the responsibility of the nurse to ensure the patient's safety.
