    This decision is an example of "demonstration of reasonableness".

    Drake's decision is reasonable as if he does the otherwise he may lose the criminal as the fourth amendment provides everyone the right e to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures etc.
