A white woman sees a black man passes by and hold their hand bag to tight, this person is reminded of a racial stereotype. A woman in a meeting keeps getting cut by male colleagues when she is trying to lead a meeting

    These situation are a representation of how people tend to be bias towards marginalized group of people in a way that is offensive and insulting to that person from a marginalized group; this is microaggression.
