The cause of her disorder or diathesis is likely because she could have experienced something traumatic in her childhood or past that could have triggered of her, having to experience this disorder. For anxiety disorder could be triggered with a lot of things and having a traumatic experience during childhood or past could also be the one and could have been one of the contributors of having it to trigger and contribute of her acquiring this type of mental illness.
