    Explanation:

    It is a document adopted by the National Constituent Assembly of France in 1789. The report guaranteed human rights and civil liberties and was created at the time of the French Revolution. This declaration was made by Abbe Sieyès and Marquis de Lafayette in collaboration with Thomas Jefferson. Influenced by the science of "natural law", human rights are considered universal, valid at all times and in every place, and refer to human nature itself.
