    Explanation: Social Intelligence is the knowledge of social issues, ability to understand the reason behind the behavior of people around us, and using personality to win friends and influence people. While some of these are innate, they can also be learned.

    Unlike the Intelligence quotient which does not change much over different tests, the social intelligence quotient or SQ measures flexible criteria such as judgement in social situations and a person's score can increase in subsequent tests.
