What effect do you think the Silk Road has had on the spread of religion and ideas?

since the silk road was so vast and expanded so far, people of many different cultures, races, and ethnicities blended togther and traded with one another. When people traded together, they talked about their lives and those ideas were spread all over Europe and Asia. The silk road even spread many religions such as making Buddhism popular in China (it oringinated from India.)
