    Answer: Automatic processing

    Explanation:

Automatic processing is the processing carried out in mind when an individual had done something or been through it many times and can conduct it without obstruction. Disturbance is created when something is tried to be remembered when the process is already in process.

According to the question, Kelsey's memory is the example of automatic processing in which she can perfectly remember position of the term in the pages because she has gone through those pages many times.

But she isn't able to remember the term " proactive interference" as automatic processing has already been activated and she is trying to remember it in between that processing.
