The two examples of how Presidents have affected the meaning of Constitution are: The Louisiana purchase and The state of the union address

    Explanation:

The Louisiana purchase is considered to be a gamble by President Thomas Jefferson. In 1803, he promoted a treaty according to which United States bought 828,000 square miles of land from France. This doubles the size of U. S. It included 15 states. It was unconstitutional because it did not allow executive branch to attain land through treaty.

According to State of Union address President has to give information of the Congress to the State of Union from time to time and then consider any of their recommendations in case he thinks they are necessary.
