    Explanation: A reasonable accommodation is the changes or modifications made to a position or workplace that will enable an employee perform his or her job duties despite having a disability. Under the ADA, employers are required to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified employees with disabilities, unless doing so would pose an undue hardship.

    Asides from the three listed above, reasonable accommodation also includes acquiring or modifying equipment, changing tests, training materialsand / or policies as well as making existing facilities accessible.

    The only statutory limitation on an employer's obligation to provide reasonable accommodation is if such change or modification would cause undue hardship to the employer.
