    The most important factors that contribute the MOST to effective psychotherapy are:

    Therapists who are warm, sensitive, sincere and genuine. Clients that are highly motivated, expressive and committed to the therapy. Clients who don't have previous history of psychological disorders. And, those who are very optimistic and hopeful about the therapy.
