Answer is James Lange theory of emotions.

This theory was developed separately by two intellectuals, William James (1842 - 1910) and Carl Lange (1834-1900) in 19th-century.

This theory explains that human emotions and physiological response are linked with external stimulus. Emotional reaction depends on how person understand those physical reactions.
