If one needs to get a credit card before 2 they need to prove that they have a different income from their parents.

Explanation:

In the US it is easy for anyone over 18 to have a credit card for themselves whoever there is a rule for the prole who are under 21 that is in place to make sure that the credit cards don't reach kids that do not earn for themselves or are adults that cannot earn for themselves yet.

For this the person must be able to provide the proof for their independent income assets and to assure the company that they can pay back the amount they charge.

This is to be done and verified with the parents as they must assure that they have no income and asset that the person is claiming.
