    The following are the difference between an open primary and the closed primary system are as follows:

    An open primary is one of the primary election system which does not require voters in the political party system. On the other hand, a closed primary system that does not require ant voters in their political party. A open primary system allowing the independent registration, Whereas, a closed primary system contain limited amount of registration. In both the primary system is higher voter candidate wins and the they further proceeds the election and also manage the political party.
