You are on a divided highway with a raised median when you see a school bus stopped on the other side of the road. Are you legally required to stop?

    The correct answer is NO.

    In this situation, I would NOT be required to stop because the oncoming traffic is separated by the raised median. However, if we had a school bus in the opposite lane but no raised median, it would be okay for us to go on only once the red light was off and the bus moved again.
