Hate speech is and only is legal under the first amendment when no one is being put in danger by the speech. For example, you can say you hate this person but you can not say I hate this person and I will kill this person.

I'm totally against hate speech. It should not be protected. Currently there are too mAny factions in the U. S. and hate speech just stirs the negative pot. The only place I think hate speech could be allowed is in types of literature.
