While making your initial rounds after coming on shift, you find a client thrashing about in bed complaining of a severe headache. The client tells you the pain is behind his right eye which is red and tearing. What type of headache would you suspect this client of having?

This type of headache persist seasonal nature for occurrence such as winters etc for short period of time in intense manner. It occurs on either side of head or eyes, tearing eyes, red eyes etc.

    According to the situation mentioned in question, client might be having cluster headache as he has red and tearful eyes and headache is near behind the eyes. Headache is also in the severe form which occurs usually during the particular time.
