The sixth amendment refers to rights related to criminal cases in federal courts. In all criminal cases, the accused is entitled to a public trial and without hindrance or inconvenience by an impartial jury belonging to the state and the district in which the crime was committed, the accused must also know the cause of the accusation and face with the witnesses who are in favor and against him, so he must have a lawyer to defend him.
