What skills do you feel an individual needs to be successful in a job?

Having attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and being able to work fairly quickly while also maintaining some degree of accuracy are always important, no matter what the job entails. In addition, having a level of punctuality and being able to show up for the position most of the time is something that would set a person apart.
