    When a normal human body is subjected to stress, a lot of hormones get secreted during this situation and it will affect the human body and mind. The blood vessels become narrow on account of the increase in hormonal level in the body causing the heart to beat faster.

    Stress can lead to have greater capacity to strike out others but it won't be common to everyone, but bodily changes such as the surge of hormones happens to almost all living bodies under stress. Failing to release those emotions will eventually makes us to hold it which eventually causes the increase in our blood pressure.
