After the Court-packing attempt, how did the change in the jurisprudence of the U. S. Supreme Court affect American life?

    The court packing plan was proposed by the United States President Franklin D. Roosevelt. It is a legislative initiative and is also known as the "1937 Judicial Procedures Reform Bill". It suggested to provide more justices to the Supreme Court so as to obtain a favorable ruling in regard to the New Deal Legislation.

    After this reformation attempt, the chastised or rebuked Supreme Court started to focus mainly on securing the constitutional protections for a growing civil rights movement.
