Rebecca should evaluate the claim with her logic and reason, because all arguments in order to be valid shoud be support by both: logic and facts or evidence.

Explanation:

If the claim for instance is not built with logical reasoning, even if the facts of the claim have scientific evidence that support the claim, it should still be evaluated.

She should also analyze the reasons for the claim, to see if it is valid to claim about.
