    The answer is: B. self-actualization

Self-actualization refers to the feeling or perception that we have lived up to our full potential as a human being. Self-actualization could be measured by different things depending on each persons. But most of people correlate self actualization by observing whether they have used their talents and ability to bring positive values for other people.

In mallow's hierarchy of needs, the need to experience self-actualization is placed the highest on the hierarchy.
