I would calmly and politely speak with the customer and inform her that the abusive behavior is unacceptable and that if there is any issue with the employees, such complaint should be brought to me. If that still does not settle the matter, I will politely inform the customer that my employees are really working very hard to make sure that she is satisfied and that if our services are no longer what deems good to her then she may need to find somewhere else to shop.

    Explanation:

It's important we keep our best customers but not at the expense of losing our best and hard working employees who probably are not even at fault. In business, even our best customers may not truly be satisfied with every service rendered. So in such cases, wisdom is highly needed to keep that customer and motivate the workers to be better next time.

If customers verbally abusive my employees everytime he/she comes the store, I will politely and humbly inform the customer to bring such complaints to me instead of abusing my employees.
