An experiment investigating the effects of temperature on aggression assigns the first 50 participants to arrive at the experiment to the ""hot room"" condition and the last 50 to arrive to the ""cold room"" condition. What is wrong with this research?

    The one thing that is wrong with this experiment is that the same participants are not being made to experience both the conditions.

    Explanation:

    For the given study to be feasible, it would be preferable to carry out the experiment on the same 50 people by making them sit in both the cold and the hot room. The study can show erroneous results as the tolerance of the people sitting in the hot room can be possibly high towards hot temperature or the tolerance of the people sitting in the cold room can be high towards cold temperature.
