I believe the answer is: two-factor theory

The two factor theory states that emotion is based on two factors : physiological arousal and cognitive label.

On this scenario, the Physiological arousal would be the elevation that she felt when she took the lift, and the cogniitive label is the negative things she associated with the lift.
