The following are the reasons why college seniors returning to campus for the fall semester should have a résumé already prepared : The engagements that would make the seniors busy in the academics as soon as the semester begins would not allow them to have time to prepare a good and impressive resume in a short time before the companies are about to come to conduct campus interviews. Having a resume ready right in the beginning of the semester would allow the candidates to appear for all the interviews that commence from the very beginning of the semester. The candidates who have a resume ready well in advance would leave a good impression on the interviewers about the candidate.
