"I've set up a learning environment where students know as they arrive they are to get their notebooks, sharpen their pencil, take their seat, and begin working on the warm up before the tardy bell rings."

    Explanation:

Proactive management refers to a management style that approaches success by making sure to tryvas much as possible in eliminating all possible risks. Proactive management therefore has the purpose of increasing the chances of success by decreasing the chances of failure that could come about by known risks. Fred Jones therefore describes it as a mindset in making sure that success isn't threatened and it is just the only option or possibility. This is seen in the example as the children make sure to prepare for the class and be ready to learn. This gets them ready and avoisds any risk of distraction and not being ready or collected for the lesson.
