    Issues such as human rights, social class divisions, colonialism, political unrest, unstable economies, lack of infrastructure, conflict over non renewable resources, and lack of basic human needs have led to civil unrest in Southeast Asia.

    Explanation:

    South East Asia is predominantly Thailand and Indonesia which are the leading and largest economies of this region. These two have seen civil and social unrest due to political differences and economic unrest. The involvement of US in their politics may also be a factor that has contributed to the unrest of the region. The Economy of any region, when at stake like this region is can largely affect the well being of that region, like is the case of South East Asia.
