    Group meeting are good for team building, networking, knowledge sharing and information processing but delay the output rate and lowers the efficiency

    Advantages and disadvantages of group meetings are as follows -

    a) A group meeting provides better opportunity to share knowledge, information and thus create opportunities for the participants.

    b) It provides pathways for the building network through good working relationships.

    c) Such meeting enlighten the work load on individuals and provide team building opportunities

    d) As there is no leader in such discussion, the efficiency and rate of output delivery is reduced.

    e) Information is not guided and hence remains unused sometimes.
