    "The Song of Towers", written by Aaron Douglas, depicts African-American historical stage called the Great Migration. The Great Migration happened between 1916. and 1970. when six million Africa-Americans have moved from rural South to the urban North, Midwest and West of the USA. The main reason for the Great Migration was segregation and increase of racist ideology.
